In this class we learned the non-linear and iterative processes of design innovation to uncover and address user needs, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems. We identified design opportunities and user assumptions through observation and various design exercises.
I led my four roommates in an empathy mapping exercise to identify opportunities based on users for the company Warstic, owned by Jack White and Ben Jenkins, two extremely creative designers.
