In this Newhouse class, we worked in groups and individually to create multimedia stories including a fiction short film, nonfiction interview and PSA. This class was an amazing introduction into filmmaking and the foundational skills behind writing scripts, coming up with video concepts and executing them. We used Adobe Premiere Pro to create videos thinking about skills like matched action and sound design. I loved this class and learning the creative process behind creating visual storytelling from conception to screenplay.
